SUSTAINABILITY ACADEMY COURSES STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. REGISTRATIONS

1.1. You can register for training courses via the Sustainability Academy website only

1.2. A confirmation of your registration and a welcome email will be sent when your order has been processed.

1.3. If you do not receive a confirmation from the Sustainability Academy within 2 days, please contact our training department: consulting@cse-net.org

1.4 By registering for a course, your details will be automatically added to a CSE database from which you shall receive periodically information on training courses, offers and discounts.

2. CANCELLATIONS

You will be invoiced for the full price of the course for any cancellation received after the start of the course. If you want to cancel the course within 24 hours after your registration you may get a refund for the 50% of the course fee.

3. FEES AND OTHER ISSUES

3.1 VAT will be added for issuing an invoice
3.2. If the customer wishes to pay the course fees in Euros or other currency, the payment is calculated by converting the relevant course fee from dollars into Euros using the average rate on the day the invoice is issued.

3.3. CSE will store and process within the CSE group the personal data of course delegates.

4. COPYRIGHT

CSE retains all rights, including those for translation, reproduction and reprinting of part or all of the training documentation. No parts of the documentation may be reproduced without CSE’s written authorization.
