How well are you meeting the employer’s expectations?

Sustainability reporting

As Corporate Sustainability has grown rapidly, the competition for sustainability jobs is at an all-time high level, requirements for skills are constantly rising and professionals need to be continuously adding to their resume in order to catch up. A well trained Sustainability Manager is supposed to be more efficient, to assist an organization in the long term journey and effectively integrate principles and best practices into the corporate decision making system.

No major company strategy is complete and successful these days without an integrated Corporate Sustainability Policy. A good sustainability strategy identifies opportunities for companies to invest in innovation, engage with the supply chain and collaborate with stakeholders.

Based on the latest CSE study, there is a growing trend for Small-Medium Enterprises to publish sustainability reports in order to increase their transparency, attract customers and grow their business. The number of SME’s which publish sustainability reports is expected to grow in the following years. Overall more than 1000 Reports are expected to be published in North America in the next two years. Read and download the summary of the study here.
